Cook Wins!!!

So usually I’m not really that interested in who the winner of American Idol is.. but I actually watched this season from start to finish, and I am SO excited about David Cook winning!!!!

I’ve always been a sucker for a guy with a good voice and a guitar, so David Cook just makes me swoon! (Hehe..swoon??) And his eyes.. they are gorgeous!

Not that he needs another reason to be fantastic, but did you see his Guitar Hero commercial? He combined three of my favorite things… a good looking guy, a Risky Business impression, and guitar hero!! I’m in love =)

 

Living on a Prayer

Monday night was one of the best nights I’ve had in a long time. My best friend, B, and I went to the Bon Jovi concert! Can I please just say how un-natural it was for me to be as turned on as I was by two 40 year old men =) (Jon and Richie Sambora)

Not only did Bon Jovi put on a kick ass show.. but Daughtry opened for them =) I am a lover of all things Daughtry! So to recap… I got to stare at 3 ridiculously good looking men singing their hearts out, jamming on the guitar, and basically making me swoon =)

The rough thing about going to a concert on a Monday night is Tuesday morning. We took the train to the concert, so we didn’t get home until after 1am. Considering I get up at 6am for work.. that was brutal. So worth it though!

On a different note… I have a blind date set up for this weekend. With a guy that my car salesman is setting me up with. (Random I know) Who is… only 21!! I’m honestly not excited about this date at all, but I figure what the heck, I can be a cougar for one night.. right?? There is another new potential as well. I’ve hung out with him numerous times in the past, but now all of a sudden I am wanting to see him more often… interesting. I found out over the weekend that he is interested in me, so I’m not sure if my interest is genuine or stems from that knowledge.
